Cool, clean compressed air- The compressed air is cooled to 45°F above ambient temperature.
- With the compressed air cooler installed at an angle, the accumulated condensate is easily drained away.
- The hot exhaust gasses from the motor are also used to aid condensate evaporation. This prevents condensate accumulation from causing the cooler to freeze up.
- The microfilter provides additional oil filtration to ensure a high quality of compressed air. The included differential pressure gauge lets you see the filter's status at a glance.
Additional air treatment components should be installed downstream of the aftercooler and centrifugal separator in order to achieve a specified compressed air quality class.

User-friendly
The M82 offers a wide array of features that make it very user-friendly. Units come standard with a Sigma Control Smart electronic controller with protective metal cover. Another important feature is the large 37 gallon fuel tank that provides extended operation - up to 10 full hours! The lifting eye and height adjustable hitch with rigid tow bar also make transporting the M82 easy. The enclosure is super-soundproofed and provides extremely low decibel levels. Maximum sound level measured at 23 feet is 76 db(A).

The M82's rugged steel cabinet is powder-coated and built to take the harshest conditions while protecting the machine from dirt, water, and other contaminants. The engine and compressor have separate inlet filters with maintenance indicators. This protection, combined with a high efficiency cooling system, allows the unit to operate in ambient temperatures up to 122 ºF
