Powered by the dependable 600 hp Caterpillar C18 diesel engine, the M500-2 is engineered for fuel efficiency and ease of operation. With a full load fuel consumption of 21 gal/hr and a 248 gallon fuel tank, M500-2 delivers up to 1600 cfm continuously for up to 12 hours. Run time can be extended using the external fuel connection (standard).

The Sigma Control Mobil™ matches air flow to meet varying air demand while maintaining steady pressure. With standard Proemion telematics, Kaeser fleet management is at your fingertips. Operating status and maintenance reminders are all available via laptop, smartphone, or tablet to avoid unscheduled downtime. M500-2 can be started remotely and the geofencing feature can prevent unauthorized use.

Sigma Profile Airend
The Sigma Profile airend provides more air with less fuel consumption. Plus, all units include a high-capacity, cold start battery for reliable starting and our heavy-duty, fuel-efficient diesel engines comply with all EPA emissions standards.

Large Fuel Tank
The large capacity fuel tanks provides extended operation - over ten hours of run time - and has a large filler neck with overflow protection for safe, easy filling.

Heavy Duty Construction
Mobilair units are constructed from durable, industrial grade materials that resist rust and corrosion as well as provide exceptional noise attenuation - to 73dB(A). Towable units feature torsion bar suspension, oversized tires and height adjustable tow bar for superior road handling.
