Solberg's replacment elements are avaiable in Polyester with 1, 4, 5, 10, 25, and 100 micron.  Paper media at 2 microns. Coalesing, High Effieciency, Chemical and Specialty media is available.

Solberg Oil Mist exhaust filters capture oil fog, mist, or smoke from the discharge of vacuum pumps.

The EE and EF series designed for laboratory and medical vacuum pumps, these compact oil mist eliminators offer the option of a back pressure relief valve to evacuate collected contaminates.

The DSV and DEE series remove both oil mist and undesirable odors from the pump’s exhaust.

SM Series: Extreme Duty SpinMeister™ Filters

Intake air is drawn through the angled louver plates which direct the air to turn the rotor. The centrifugal force separates the contaminants from the airstream, throwing them to the outer perimeter of the cover, expelling them through the discharge port. Cleaner air is drawn to the lower chamber and filtered by a 99% efficient pleated element.

SpinMeister™ ST/CT Series: Extreme Duty Coarse Filtration - Spinmeister™

Centrifugal force from intake air causes particulate to separate from air stream, forcing it to the outer cover perimeter and out through the discharge port. The SpinMeister™ Precleaner eliminates large objects from entering the air stream. The air stream then enters the particulate filter (optional) and is filtered by a 99+% efficient pleated element.

Liquid/Mist Removal

Solberg has a variety of solutions to remove potentially harmful liquid, sludge, and particulate from the inlet of a vacuum pump. Their integrated liquid separator & inlet vacuum filters simplify vacuum packages combine two functions into one and can be configured to meet your needs. The compact liquid separator with see-through housing makes visual inspections possible while knocking out potentially harmful liquid and sludge.

Kockout Tank Series: Liquid/Mist Removal

Solberg’s Knockout series is a heavy duty multistage liquid and particulate separator to protect vacuum pumps from harmful contaminants. This turn-key solution is readily available and easily configured. Multiple separator pack options are available and adjustable legs are standard for easy installation.
